All UNMSKD physical products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partners.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
ORDER TRACKING

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (e.g. JOURNALS, DOWNLOADS)
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive:

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
DELAYS
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. UNMSKD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your physical order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at revealedart3@gmail.com.
We will work with our fulfilment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
